Git commit
commit 687f8c19cfad9b4d3fc5136ac195c6c407d7ccbb

Have Infiniband dissector show payload. Bug 9929.

The trees in the infiniband dissectors were incorrectly setup causing the
data dissector to always have a NULL tree (so it wouldn't appear in packet
view).

Didn't clean up the global variables like in the trunk because all APIs
aren't supported.
