IDL and autogenerated code
Some issues with the patch (apply to Gerrit submission):
1. Need to add dissector to epan/CMakeLists.txt as well
2. You can use .cnf files to generate C functions for the dissector. That way
the dissector can be entirely automatically generated and not manually modified
(where changes can get accidentally overwritten). You can use the mapi
dissector as an example (not sure MDSSRV needs it's own directory though)
