I think Jaap's point was that wireshark's RTP player is a simple one. Unlike a
real SIP endpoint's RTP player, it doesn't switch mid-stream based on SSRC. To
fix this would require either fixing the RTP media player, or replacing it with
a better one.

I think (though I could be wrong) that wireshark's RTP audio playing ability is
considered a nice-to-have accessory add-on, but not really core to wireshark's
main goal of dissecting packet protocols.

So one might argue this is more of a low-priority enhancement than a bug. Code
patches are always welcome, if you feel like providing a fix for it. :)

Otherwise my guess is it'll probably be a while before anyone gets to this.
