The Open Capture File dialog does not have the close button active on OSX. For
user familiarity, it should be enabled & have the same action as the Cancel
button.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Wireshark
2) Go to File->Open... or use the shortcut command+o
3) Try to click the OSX standard window close button (red, upper left)
Behaviour Encountered:
The button is disabled
Behaviour Expected:
The button is enabled and closes when clicked
