I attempted to start a capture with the capture filter:
(ip protochain 17) or (ip6 protochain 17)
This was given the green background, but when I clicked "Start" I got the popup
saying:

Can't install filter (Driver error: cannot set bpf filter: Incorrect function.
(1)).
Please report this to the Wireshark developers.
(This is not a crash; please do not report it as such.)

I get this popup with any filter that includes the "protochain" primitive.
BTW: this was just a test, I am working on a longer capture filter that this
would have been part of.
