Yeah sorry it was written in the title...
I'm not familiar with the GSM MAP dissector code but it looks like the opcode
value is displayed as the GSM MAPv3 value. If you set the GSM MAP version to v2
in the preferences, the info column will display forwardSM instead of
mo-forwardSM and is decoded accordingly though.
