Yes, strings that aren't valid UTF-8 cause crashes when copying on Windows.

This is ultimately a GTK+ bug, but Wireshark shouldn't do non-UTF-8 strings in
the first place.

That particular field doesn't appear to be a string, so we should probably
change the way it's displayed.
