When the GUI suspects that a frame has been sliced, it displays the message
'Packet size limited during capture' in the Summary view.

I propose adding a checkbox under Preferences, User Interface which would
disable the display of this message. The default would be the current behavior
(unchecked).

Use cases:
- Presenting a trace to a less-sophisticated audience, where I want to dodge
  questions about what it means
- Presenting a trace to students, where I want to focus attention on some
aspect
of the trace other than frame slicing
- Any analyst wanting to simplify the display & remove distraction

==> I propose keeping the default as 'unchecked'
==> I propose leaving the 'Packet size limited during capture' messages in the
Decode window unaffected by this setting. [Important to be reminded of the
    slicing in effect]
