I used to be able to run Wireshark after reinstalling it, at least once.

I went through the uninstall/install dance once again but now Wireshark is
hanging at first launch (still hanging at Loading Configuration Files...)

So i cannot do captures anymore.

I attach the Process Explorer screenshot.

"Kill Process" does nothing, if i click it twice i receive an Access Denied
error.
