TFShark

In an attempt to jumpstart FileShark and its architecture, I created TFShark.
Right now its just a stripped down version of TShark, but it provides an
executable to test a "new file/tap architecture" without a full blown GUI.
The "stripdown" of TShark mostly includes removing anything related to
capturing as I see FileShark as a "file viewer" so no writing should be
necessary. Also removed name resolution.
The build modifications were strictly copy/paste/replace of tshark
configuration and I can only verify that it builds on Windows. There may be
additional libraries that are currently linked to TFShark (from TShark) that
may not be needed going forward, but I was playing it safe.
All comments welcome. Barring strong objections, I'll probably commit this
within a week.
