Hello,

Please find my 9 patches:
Patch 1: New feature: add support for new btsnoop "format" introduced by BlueZ
team in "btmon" tool (I also try to assign new DLT value by www.tcpdumo.org;
implementation in libpcap is ready and wait for theirs action)

Patches 2, 3, 5, 6 are little refactoring/cleanups cased by patch like patch
4.
Patches 4 and 8 are to improve "btle" and "ubertooth" - decode the rest of
protocol fields.
