DTLS trace with SHA256

This DTLS trace uses TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 (0x003c), which is
supported by current trunk. When you configure a private ssl key, you do not
have to use the right one, wireshark will crash with a buffer overflow error
message on my AMD64 Linux system.

The private key is ./certs/server-key.pem from cyassl trunk.
