If by "it does not work" you mean that now Wireshark is able to decode the User
Location Info parameters while in 0.99.7 it could only dump the raw content,
yes in that case someone might consider that you are true.
The purpose of this bug was to fully decode the content of this field. This is
what is done and it works as expected.
Now if you want to have a filter dumping the raw value of the User Location
Information (is this what you want?) I suggest you to open another bug rather
than reopening this one, as the functionality requested in this bug is working.
Someone else might consider that the current behavior is an improvement over
0.99.7 release though (as you might consider that dumping the raw value is not
that useful).
