Not sure about that, I want the NRB:s for my use cases.

since that would preserve privacy and help users share pcap files
> without revealing confidential information.

In top of trunk NRB:s should only contain addresses actually in the trace file
at least as I found a way to implement that without to much of a performance
hit.
