Tool I used - 

https://github.com/2b-as/xgoldmon

xgoldmon uses libosmocore to send the radio messages in GSMTAP format
(http://bb.osmocom.org/trac/wiki/GSMTAP).

I used TCPDUMP for raw packet capture and latest wireshark to analyze.
