Does the `mkdir` program of cygwin have the `-p` option?
It would be nice if the redirect of stderr to /dev/null could be removed (or at
least converted to writing to file which will be shown on errors).
Actually, I think the mistake here is to use .wireshark as config dir on
windows, shouldn't this be Wireshark as is done in suite-nameres.sh?
Maybe there should be a bash function in config.sh that returns the config
path, that would avoid duplication.
