Checked/adapted against your latest findings
set PI_ERROR to avoid a loop in case of zero length of a MQParm
limited the MQParm loop to 999 and the MQParmList loop to 20000 (PI_WARN is
displayed) so can be increased, and avoid eventual loop if number too big (Fuzz
File 2)
we are soon coming to a acceptable patch :-)
