enhancement packet-mq
Adapted my GETFN to GET_VALSx (all using now val_to_str fucntion).
For using add_functionality of the field definition, it is not possible to use
this in the PCF dissection, as there can be multiple value.
I use a special value_string that return another value_string, and this one is
used to get the string with call to try_val_to_str
Definition of this special value_string (mq_MQCFINT_Parse_vals) is defined
with DEF_VALSB(MQCFINT_Parse)
