Ideally a sample capture will exercise as much of the dissector as possible
without being too large. In practice, anywhere from a dozen to a few-thousand
packets is fine, preferably including all the major message types (requests,
responses, whatever else is defined by the protocol etc).
I believe bugzilla limits attachments to 10MB, but that is rarely a problem -
if your capture is very large you can gzip it and it will still be picked up
for testing (not zip or bz2 or xz - gzip is the only compression format that is
supported transparently right now).
