The libraries on the buildbots now *are* built against the appropriate SDKs
(and built with -mmacosx-version-min specifying the appropriate OS).
The "building them on 10.5" problem is now worked around by not building the
10.5 version of Wireshark on 10.6, which means that building the libraries and
Wireshark itself against the 10.5 SDK (and also specifying
-mmacosx-version-min=10.5).
