Following a question on Ask Wireshark about extending dissectors to call
sub-dissectors (http://ask.wireshark.org/questions/23390/extend-gre-dissector)
I looked for documentation about dissector tables and couldn't find any.
README.dissector should have a section describing dissector tables and their
use.
