Fix checked in as rev 50806; backported to 1.10.x as 50807 and 1.8.x as 50808.
This fixes issues with more protocols than just AMF.
(This fix also turned up an issue with the Netware Core Protocol dissector's
use of the ptvcursor routines; that was fixed in rev 50803 and backported to
1.10.x as rev 50804 and 1.8.x as 50805. The old code happened to work (at
least for integral values...) before I checked in the fix for this bug, but the
fix for this bug caused it not to work.)
