Hi,

I reviewed the changes and the bug. I propose the fix attached. The original
patch does not follow the practice followed in other similar fields. That is
why scaling factors are not taken into account. In the original patch float
values are displayed and integers are not properly scaled. In the ASTERIX
specification there are LSB accuracies defined. It is easier when values are
displayed properly scaled.
