I think it will be useful to add generated items with references to frames
where the collection was created or removed (dissect_osd_partition_id does the
same for partition creation and removal).
If you prefer, I can remove dissect_osd_collection_object_id for now and re-add
it when/if such fields are implemented.
I will fix the compilation errors after we settle on whether
dissect_osd_collection_object_id has to be removed or not.
I will submit the patch with the old indentation rules, so that you can apply
the modelines in a separate commit.
BTW, please give advice on comment 3.
