The Qt port agrees: it keeps Flags expanded when you collapse/expand the TCP
header.

I fixed this last problem in r50516.

Barring complaints I'll backport both revisions to trunk-1.10 later.

(r50516 could be back-ported to trunk-1.8 too but I'd be tempted not too as
this behavior's probably been around for a while.)
