packet containing Diameter 3GPP Sh AVP 713 Requested-Nodes

There are two Diameter 3GPP Sh packets packets in the attached capture file.
Each packet contains the AVP code number 713 (AVP name Requested-Nodes).
This AVP is parsed correctly neither e.g. in Wireshark 1.6.14 nor in SVN
r50461.
A.o. this AVP is parsed correctly after applying the patch TGPPSh-AVP-R11.patch
(also attached to this bug report-8914).
The host names, domain names and SIP IDs in the capture file have been altered.
