When dissected RPC array contains no elements proto_tree_add_none_format is
called. However, hfinfo->type not necessarily equals FT_NONE what causes an
assertion check fault. In a result some NFS messages are not encoded correctly,
for example all those containing fattr4_fs_locations with empty locations
array.
