I believe I've fixed this in trunk with r46629.
Could you please test with the automated build on or after that revision as
retrieved from https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/
It may take a few hours for the build bot to catch up and post the installer.
Once you've verified that it fixes the problem I'll add it to the list to
backport into the 1.8 stable series.
