I certainly won't object that :) I just did not want to force more upon
wireshark's users than is needed. Also, if it's bound to
--enable-setuid-install you likely will have to take into account that
different compilers/platforms might need different flags (not sure about Mac
for example; windows likely does not care for suid anyway :)).
