Hi,

I found 2 cases of NDIS Friendly Name is not used :
1) when set a comment to interface (see screenshot :
Wireshark_NDIS_Friendly_Name_comment.png)

2) in Wireshark Capture Preference (in Interfaces Options) (see screenshot :
Wireshark_NDIS_Friendly_Interfaces_options.png)
