If you are wondering why every IKE message appears three times (twice with same
ip address and then once more):

The VPN client (192.168.130.133) connects to the VPN server (172.16.15.90) via
a Test-Proxy (192.168.130.137).
Although the proxy is on the same subnet as the client, the client sends the
ethernet frames always to the 
default gateway (Vmware_fc:51:45), from where they bounce back to the proxy's
machine (Vmware_fc:e8:b1). 
(You might consider this to be a bug of the VPN client if you like ;-)
