In the tcpgraph window (Stephens and tcptrace), you can zoom in by keyboard
(+/-) and by mouse (click on the screen). This patch allows to zoom in into a
rectangle.

The only thing missing is the drawing of a rectangle from the begin point to
the current mouse pointer. I will bring this up on the developers list later
today.
