Test case

A test case to verify correct decryption:

* place 'esp_sa' and 'ikev2_decryption_table' files in your .wireshark folder
* run wireshark -r wireshark.pcap

the unpatched wireshark should show a lot of ESP packets in the summary, the
patched wireshark should show ICMP echo requests and replies instead.
