That's right. It is my mistake. SAP APDU Requests mapping to SIM commands, so
there is no problem to determine which side is modem/server. So we can drop
this functionality.

Yes, thanks for you help. I guess you can apply your patch.

Hmm... I miss example logs for SAP, so here you are. May you can check why
gsm-sim dissector does not correct decoding all frames. For example 112
(malformed) or 115 (skip some bytes)
