Hi,
to simplify the review, I split the submission in parts.
I committed the EPRT command for IPv4 in r45308 after doing some rework.
If you have any issues with the changes I made, please let me know.
The next step will be to include the parsing of the IPv6 address. I played
around with getaddrinfo() the last days, maybe that could be used to simplify
your code some more. I'll post to -dev about this.
