The network capture that won't load.

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

Can not load a specific network capture into either 1.8.1 or 1.8.2.  the
capture does load fine in 1.6.8.  I have not had any problems in loading any
other network captures in either 1.8.1 or 1.8.2.
