NULL dereference fix

The attached patch fixes the problem, but I don't understand the relationship
between the "frame data" and the "conversation".  In looking at the dissector,
it doesn't appear to me that it could defragment multiple conversations.  It
looks like it can only defragment the "first" conversation.
