FWIW:
Wireshark SVN #43610 seems to more or less reassemble the VNC PDU starting at
frame 34 for the attached capture.
However, tshark seems to get quite confused about the reassembly; Among other
things it appears to consider reassembly complete for subsets of the PDU.
Also: running tshark multiple times on the capture gives somewhat different
output (in the hex bytes output) each time.
