No, re-adding the directories does not fix the problem.

I went to Edit Preferences > Name Resolution > GeoIP database directories, and
deleted the entry for my GeoIP database directory, which is C:\GeoIP. I applied
and saved the changes and restarted Wireshark. The latitude and longitude
columns were still present on the Statistics > Endpoints > IPv4 tab.

I went back to Edit Preferences > Name Resolution > GeoIP database directories
and added the C:\GeoIP directory. I applied and saved the changes and restarted
Wireshark.

The latitude and longitude columns were still present on the Statistics >
Endpoints > IPv4 tab, and the City, Country, and AS Number columns were still
not present.

I upgraded from 1.9.0-SVN-43595 to 1.9.0-SVN-43600 and repeated the process,
but the results were the same.
