Creating or editing new Macro Display Filters forces Wireshark to close after
save. User is able to create a new macro with "OK," but crashes Wireshark
immediately. Clicking just "Apply" crashes Wireshark but definition is not
retained. Macro IS saved after "OK" is clicked. Macro DOES work after the
restart of Wireshark. Here is my macro display filter used:

l2m -> ip.addr == $1 || ip.addr == $2

invocation: ${l2m:10.1.1.1;10.1.1.2}
