I am running Wireshark 1.6.8 (SVN Rev 42761 from /trunk-1.6) and Windows 7 with
two monitors and I have this problem. My left monitor is 1600x900 and my right
monitor is the primary monitor at 1600x1200. The views are bottom aligned so
my left monitor is effectively shorter than the right.
Eyeballing it, it looks like maybe the Wireshark window is at (0, -300) on my
left monitor. More than just the title and menu bars are off screen. It looks
more like Chris' image in comment #39 than the very old attached screenshot
from 2005.
