That would, I think, mean completely rewriting our installer, as we're using
NSIS:
http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nullsoft_Scriptable_Install_System
rather than *any* version of Microsoft's Windows Installer; it's not just a
question of updating to a newer version of Windows Installer.
