Is -T [c]pdml|[c]psml necessary?
If enabling colorization is a 'top level' option instead then colors can also
be exposed with e.g. -T fields -e frame.coloring_rule.name, and could also be
used to support tshark output coloring as per Bug #5158.
Perhaps 'frame.coloring_rule.foreground_color' etc. dissector fields would be
useful as well?
