If there's default color pair that's OK. I just couldn't find one.
(Actually I still can't, are you sure there's one?)

Please.. I'm looking at PDML[1] specification and PSML[2] and there's no
foreground nor background attribute in packet element.
There's no DTD defined in output so I'm fine with this patch.
But you've already violated specification.
