On my Windows XP SP3 32-bit PC, I set my language to Italian using the language
bar and gave this a try with SVN 43206 trunk and trunk-1.6. In both cases, it
worked fine. And in my case, the filter used the decimal point, not the comma,
i.e., "1.01", not "1,01" when choosing "Apply as Filter -> Selected".

I don't recall one, but maybe there was a bug that was fixed since 1.6.5? Can
you try 1.6.8, or 1.8.0rc1?
