I've loaded your capture into latest Wireshark 1.7 trunk.
I had to manually decode the UDP stream as RTP.
Moreover VoIP stream analysis reported 120 Wrong sequence errors.
When saving payload as au and playing in an external player plays the pulse
tones without interruptions but when playing with RTP Player from Wireshark all
sequence errors are shown and pulse tones with sequence errors are interrupted.
Are you sure the RTP stream is error free?
