As far as I can tell, Wireshark is just displaying the values in octal since
they're non-printable as can be seen in the hex bytes pane.  Personally, I
think I'd prefer that they be displayed in hexadecimal rather than octal, but
regardless, I don't see Wireshark doing anything wrong here.
