Hi,

starting capture and quitting wireshark without stopping it fails assertion:

  ERROR:file.c:375:cf_reset_state: assertion failed: (cf->state !=
FILE_READ_IN_PROGRESS)

Confirmed on Linux amd64 and Windows x86.

I'll bissect latest "working" commit.
