We recently updated the version of GLib in the 32-bit and 64-bit Windows
installers. The new version no longer prints low priority log messages by
default. Unfortunately Pilot depends on these log messages in order to be able
to tell when Wireshark has started up and is ready to receive packets.
I've checked in a fix for the problem in r42930.
