In the context of setting a capture filter:
1. click on "Show capture options" button
2. select an interface and double-click on it
3. in "Edit Interface Settings" dialog, set up a capture filter
4. save and start capture
5. stop capture, exit Wireshark
6. restart WS
7. click on "Show capture options" button
8. select an interface and double-click on it
9. in "Edit Interface Settings" dialog, click on the arrow of the combo box:
it's empty

Expected behavior:
in step 9, one would expect to find the capture filter set up in step 3. It
sounds consistent to save capture filters (up to a given limit) across WS
sessions, as display filters are.
